Welcome to Training By Travis! My name is Travis Rich and I am a NASM-certified personal trainer in the Los Angeles area.  Unlike most of the other "self taught" internet-certified trainers out there, I spent my time and dedication receiving my education and hands-on training at the American Fitness and Nutrition Academy (AFNA) in Pasadena, CA.
 
I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Since every person is different, I will design an individual workout program that meets YOUR specific needs. Whether you're looking to tone, lose weight, build muscle, increase strength, or have a sports related goal, I will make it happen with a fun, safe and effective program built just for you!

3 PRIVATE SESSIONS FOR ONLY $100

PERSONAL TRAINING

Get One-On-One sessions with Travis! Included in your personal sessions are periodic assessments which include posture examinations, cardiorespiratory fitness tests, muscle imbalances, strength testing, and weight and circumference measurements, if desired. Travis can train you at your apartment gym, outside in a local park, or in the comfort and privacy of your own home.  All equipment provided.

 

FREE 15 MIN TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

One Session: $60/hr
Five Sessions: $275 ($55/hr)
Ten Sessions: $500 ($50/hr)
Twenty Sessions: $900 ($45/hr)
 
Monthly package: $480 -12 sessions, 3x/week ($40/hr)
 
*Must pay in advance for package prices

Travis will arrange to come to your office or business to give a group session to those interested. Working out with your friends or co-workers can be very motivating, fun, and more affordable. Check out the discounted group rates, get some friends together, and lets work out!

Group Training is Fun and Affordable!

Travis offers a Nutrition Program that consists of a body-fat percentage calculation, calorimetry (determination of optimal caloric daily intake), and meal planning.

The initial fee is $200 which includes 1 week of meal planning.  Each additional week will cost $50. He is even able to go grocery shopping with you so you can learn how to shop healthy without breaking the bank.

NUTRITION PROGRAM
PROGRAM DESIGN

For those who cannot afford private or group sessions, or those that would like a Training By Travis workout outside of their sessions with him, Travis offers his program design services for a fraction of the price. Through an initial assessment, Travis will create personalized workouts for you based on your current fitness level and goals.These inlcude exercise and proper technique descriptions, the number of sets and reps you should perform, and his very own training tips to help you get a fantastic workout.

The one time initial assessment fee is $20 (including 1 program);
each complete program design is $10.
